Make A Sign Together With Your Friend

From time to time, an official document needs teamwork to complete its final version.  In most of the office communication, whether all participants are in one facility or remote, friends or colleagues used to use email in communicating with each others.

Same requests happened to sign design.  When I have an initial idea of a banner or Curb-side A-frame signs, I could have a draft  first. Then, I’d like to sent it to my friend, or my boss to approve it or further modify it.

The “Send A Friend” feature in WeNeedSigns allow above idea happened in a streamlined process.

The original sign designer (user A) will pass the design in an email to user B.  User B, the email receiver, open the email, and click on a link in it.  The link opens a browser window, and display the exactly design, from User A, on a drawing board.  From there, User B, the email receiver, may further modify the sign design, see the proof drawing  in full-screen preview, and save it in My Signs.   The user B may also send  back the updated design to User A by by the same tool.

Please watch the follow video of how to send the sign design to a friend or colleague.
