How long does it take to produce my signs?
Answer:
Art proofs will be made and sent back to you within 24 hours. After your art approval the production time is between 3 to 7 working days, depending on workload. This does not include shipping time.
If your order was placed on a Saturday/Sunday/Holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.
Stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Why can’t UPS ship my order?
Answer:
UPS can only ship 150 pounds in one order. Simply break your order up into more than one order, UPS will ship anything less than 150 pounds but could incur a surcharge for size of package. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

Where do I send my picture for signs with photos?
Answer:
You can upload your photo into the design you have created but it is a good idea to send a high quality photo as well. Send to mot@weneedsigns.com

What if I am an independent company and need a design?
Answer:
You can use the design tool with the help of the provided tutorials to help you design your own sign layout. If you need help with your design you can give us a call at 800-747-0445 for assistance.

Can I return or exchange?
Answer:
1) There are NO returns or exchanges on personalized signs.                  
2) Returned stock items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
3) No refunds on shipping charges once your order has been shipped.
4) Customer is responsible for shipping fees of returned item(s).

How do I re-order similar items?
Answer: Click on “My Order” on the top navigation bar, your will be asked to input your username and password. Once logged in you will see the designs you have made in the past and can simply click on the one you prefer and continue with the order process, select the material and quantities for your order and checkout.
